At a recent photo shoot at Vidalias Southern Cuisine restaurant inside Fort Worth’s Renaissance Worthington Hotel, I couldn’t help but think our model looked magnificent.
She was one pretty bird, that’s for sure. And she was done up perfectly, too. I even caught the Wild Turkey checking her out.

So who was this breath-taking piece of poultry I’m raving about? A beautiful pecan-crusted chicken courtesy of Vidalias’ executive chef, Brian Farinelli.
Fort Worth advertising agency GCG Marketing recently helped facilitate a public relations opportunity between Vidalias and a brand-new local publication, Tarrant County Cookin’. Chef Farinelli shared his recipe for what he calls the “perfect Southern dish with a twist” during a photo shoot and interview held in the hotel’s Whiskey Room.
Be on the lookout for this delicious dish in the first edition of Tarrant County Cookin’.
In the meantime, check out these behind-the-scenes shots of the photo shoot.
