		<description>Part of the reason so many businesses don&#039;t know what to do with social media is they don&#039;t see the immediate marketing ROI.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As you say, it&#039;s not about Tweeting Ads.  It&#039;s about sharing pertinent, valuable information with prospects, customers and colleagues.  Perhaps we should all look at social media for business as more of a CRM activity and less like Advertising.</description>
